Uttarakhand Tourism hunts for creative partner for $1.5 million account

DEHRADUN, India: Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board (UTDB), the nodal agency for development of tourism in Uttarakhand, is on the lookout for creative partners as the Board calls advertising agencies for empanelment for a period of three years. The account size is estimated to be in the vicinity of Rs 6-7 crore.
The Board is looking for agencies that can evolve a new strategic integrated marketing communication programme to take forward the promotional efforts of the Board, design and release advertisements in print media and also organise promotional road shows, events and other marketing related activities for the Board.
The agencies would be empanelled in various areas, including strategy media planning/ creative services for print media and to handle print media campaigns, developing and designing of tourism publicity material, PR and media management as well as event management.
