LIMA, Peru: The government of Peru is seeking a company to work on a strategic media plan and prepare ad campaigns, with audio-visual features, to publicize the application and the results of the country’s student census evaluation, ECE.

The education ministry is partially using a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) to finance its Swap education program.

Interested eligible companies can download bidding documents here or collect them directly, during work days, at the address shown below.

Bids must be submitted physically, in sealed envelopes, to the same address, no later than 11:00am (local time) on May 5. They will be opened 30 minutes later.
