BIRMINGHAM, AL – ibml, a leading provider of scanning and document capture solutions and services, today announced the appointment of Dan Lucarini as its Chief Marketing Officer.

Lucarini brings over twenty years of product strategy and business development expertise to his new position at ibml, having held senior positions at leading enterprise content management (ECM) companies such as Kofax and OpenText. Prior to joining ibml, Lucarini ran the global business development program at Kofax, where his team managed Microsoft, SAP, HP, Ricoh, Oracle and other global partners. He also held executive sales and marketing positions at several other software companies. Lucarini has served on the Board of Directors for AIIM International, where he also chaired AIIM’s Vendor Advisory Trade Council.
